Consultation
I will meet with you to determine what you expect your web site to look like.  These include, but are not limited to, color scheme and page layout.

Web Page Design
I will provide you with up to the maximum number of web pages for the plan you choose.  You supply the text (who knows your business better than you?) with a 300-word maximum per page.
Note:  If you expect me to supply the text of your site, I charge $100 per hour.  Editing your text for misspellings and grammar, however, is included.

Domain Name Registration/Reservation
I will reserve and register, on your behalf, the domain name of your web site.  The fees for the domain name registration are included.
Note:  I am not responsible if a particular name is not available.  I'm sure we can find an appropriate name for your site.

Custom Graphics
You supply any graphics for your site.  These graphics (pictures, etc.) must be owned or licensed by you.
Note:  If you want me to create custom graphics for your site, I will charge $100 per hour for the graphics you choose.  These said graphics will then be your property to use as you see fit.

Web Site Installation
I will install the pages on a host computer.  In other words, I'll put it on the internet.

Search Engines
I will register your web site with Google and Yahoo, currently the most popular search engines on the internet.
Note:  I will be using their free registering method.  If you would want to use their paid registration, those fees will be your responsibility.

Web Site Revisions
I will provide you with unlimited free revisions before the final installation of the web site.  Your pages will be temporarily hosted by the Victory Martin site.  It will be your responsibility to keep me informed of any revisions you'd like in a timely manner.
Note:  If you should want design changes after your web site is hosted under your domain name, I will charge you an hourly rate of $50 for any revisions.
Additional Note:  The monthly maintenance fee, in part, is for the updating of the content of your web site, not the design of your site.  See Updates/Maintenance below.

Updates/Maintenance
Content updating of the site will be done as long as the monthly fee is paid in advance.  These updates include a total of 10% of the content of the site per month.  To explain this:  if your site is 10 pages, you can change the content of your site the equivalent of 1 page per month.  This is usually used for special events, sales, etc.

E-Mail Accounts
I will set up your e-mail account(s) using your domain name.  (yourname@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, billing@yourdomain.com, etc.)    Plus I will install an e-mail program on your computer that is very good at handling more than one e-mail account.

Reports
I will periodically email summary reports to you of your site's usage.  The popular term is "hits".
